The work is devoted to development of methods for deterministic and randomized projection aimed at dimensionality reduction problems. In the deterministic case, the authors develop the parallel reduction procedure minimizing Kullback-Leibler cross-entropy target to condition on information capacity based on the gradient projection method. In the randomized case, the authors solve the problem of reduction of feature space. The idea of application of projection procedures for reduction of data matrix is implemented in the proposed method of randomized entropy projection where the authors use the principle of keeping average distances between high- and low-dimensional points in the corresponding spaces. The problem leads to searching of a probability distribution maximizing Fermi entropy target to average distance between points.

The work is devoted to the creation and analysis of the general concept of a special stochastic model with controls. The main feature of the model is that the control actions are carried out at times when a stochastic process describing the system under research reaches the boundary of a given subset of the set of states. The control action itself consists in transferring the process from the boundary to one of the internal states of a given subset. In this case, the internal states are interpreted as acceptable and the boundary ones as unacceptable. Control actions are described by a set of discrete probability distributions depending on the boundary state number. Such a set defines a control strategy. The problem of optimal control is formalized as the problem of finding a control strategy that delivers a global extremum to a certain stationary cost-effectiveness indicator, which in terms of its economic content represents the average specific profit arising from a long evolution of the system. The posed problem of optimal control is proposed to be alled the tuning problem. The paper notes that this stochastic model and the corresponding setup problem can be used to study many real phenomena occurring in economic and technical systems. As an example of such a real phenomenon, interventions in the foreign exchange market of the Russian Federation are considered.

The paper develops the numerical method of solution of the optimal investment control problem in the closed dynamical model of three-sector economy. The preceding papers described an analytical research of this problem by the method based on the Pontryagin maximum principle. In the present paper, the authors obtained analytical representations for state functions. Conjugate variables are used as the foundation of the numerical algorithm. The developed algorithm makes it possible to analyze the class of admissible control functions, having not more than the given finite number of points of switch, and to find among them those that satisfy the necessary optimality conditions and restrictions of the original task. The general scheme of the proposed algorithm can be used to investigate another optimal control tasks, connected with different subject areas. The developed algorithm is realized in a system of applied programs.

The paper is devoted to the study of the unconditional extremal problem for a fractional linear integral functional defined on a set of probability distributions. In contrast to results proved earlier, the integrands of the integral expressions in the numerator and the denominator in the problem under consideration depend on a real optimization parameter vector. Thus, the optimization problem is studied on the Cartesian product of a set of probability distributions and a set of admissible values of a real parameter vector. Three statements on the extremum of a fractional linear integral functional are proved. It is established that, in all the variants, the solution of theoriginal problem is completely determined by the extremal properties of the test function of the linear-fractional integral functional; this function is the ratio of the integrands of the numerator and the denominator. Possible applications of the results obtained to problems of optimal control of stochastic systems are described.

The paper presents the method for creation of knowledge extraction systems based on the approach employing the software tool system PullEnti comprising the algorithms for morphological and semantic-syntactical analysis which makes it possible to extract entities of certain types from natural language texts (persons, organizations, locations, and other target semantic objects). The PullEnti system uses dynamically connected components (plugins) which makes it possible to activate various functions without recompiling. This is how the semantic analysis unit is incorporated. During the analysis, the semantic units (tokens) are established, which are typed phrases: text, numerical data, etc. Examples of implemented projects for different subject areas are given.

The technology of storage of poorly formalized documents that are created using lexicological synthesis is considered. The technology provides formation of the kept index sequences containing indexes of document forms and their substantial components. Additionally, thanks to simultaneous preparation of documents and creation of kept index sequences, the economy of time is provided. The experiments have shown the efficiency of the approach for the documents created for management of different kinds of activity.
