Nowadays the problem of competitiveness of Russian economy, the state and opportunities of itsexport potential is brought to the fore. But talking about it we should first of all define the methods of development of Russia's export potential, in other words, to answer the question: what is the paradigm that founds the country's international economic policy and strategy, the paradigm that reveals new horizons of geo-economic space development and higher export potential of Russian companies? Such a paradigm is the system of geo-economic views.
References to the problem of the End of History are not infrequent in various political, cultural and philosophic discussions. This notion is often postulated as something quite apparent or as something of great influence and which nevertheless both are attemted to be refuted. The purpose of the paper is to follow philosophic roots of this conception and observe conditions and stages in its development.
This issue reveals problems and contradictions standing from the technical legislation reform in Russia. System of technical reglaments, new to Russia, excludes most, but not all standards from the sphere of public protection provided by the State. As a result, standards provided by the Technical Legislation Law are freewill standards and standards provided by other acts are compulsory. It disrupts the system of standards and increases risks and expenses of producers, customers and the State.
