The authors of the article analyze the judicial practice for the period 2012 -2018, related to disputes over the legitimacy of the creation of apartments and the legality of their use. Legal risks of development of the illegal market of apartments are revealed. The need for a legal analysis premises, they are treated as residential on the market, which generates numerous litigation.

The article examines the problem of the interchangeability of the market price and the market value of the share. It is obvious that the market value is applied when there is no market price. But when the market price and the market value co-exist, each of them can be a criterion of the truth of the other, depending on the verity of the method of their formation. It is concluded that the reliability of the market price of a share depends on the characteristics of its market. But the appraiser always has a “solution space” within which his subjective approaches to assessing the market value of shares can be also based on the market price.
In this paper a study of criminal law mechanism for the protection of property with aim of establishing its relationship with inflation and deflation processes, aggravated in the Russian economy in the current financial crisis. As a result, the author found that the application of the criminal law does not solve the problem of stratification of modern society, but aggravates it.
The article is concerned with problems in legislative description of core criminal elements in crimes against intellectual property. The authors discussed firstly the concept of repeated criminal acts as a sufficient basis for criminal liability in such cases. Following case law, they conclude that this construct shall not be used here. Then the problem of gross damage with regard to these crimes is analysed. The authors review case law, theory of criminal law and conclude that this notion is far from clarity and certainty in Russian criminal law. They advance some proposals in understanding gross damage.
