The article investigates the development of trade networks on basis of growth strategies. The theoretical and practical aspects of their application are viewed. The regularities of the leaders of the Russian market are revealed, on the basis of the strategy of development of new geographical markets.
In this article the possibility for improving the dynamic capabilities of the domestic enterprises by tools of Lean management system is considered. The impact of the mentioned system in the big Russian enterprise ‘KAMAZ’ is evaluated. Lean management is a world-spread way of solving the problems, aimed at making the company competitive. It is the organized activity of staff of the company focused on reduction of expenses, maximizing value of production for the consumer and the added value for business.
The article is dedicated to the investigation into the influence the economic integration has on business development strategies. The goal of the research is to give companies recommendations regarding directions of changing their international strategies and business internationalization strategies which let to take into account opportunities and threats associated with the creation of a regional block. As a result of the research the finding was made about reasonability of implementation of regional strategy elements into companies’ activities as well as promising outlook of foreign direct investments strategy for conducting business within the regional block market.
Results of empirical researches of interrelation parameters of activity of boards of directors and of efficiency of the companies are in detail characterized. Features of institute of board of directors in domestic business are considered.
This article is devoted to the increasing role of woman in management of banks in Russia. Data collection is based on public information from 178 websites of banks as well as other sources. This research demonstrated that in 91% of banks at least one member of Executive Board is woman, and in 22,5% chairman of Executive Board is woman. Private banks prefer female top managers more than public banks. In addition, there are less female top managers in retail banks rather than in corporate and universal banks. The research also shows that female top managers has only local banking experience and male top managers have more diverse working experience.
The paper formulates the features, principles, and objectives of the strategic decision making. The modern information technology are offered, which greatly improve the quality of decisions. Empirically are proved the efficiency of selecting the most preferred strategy for the development of telecommunication company using the analytical network and DSS Super Decisions.
The analysis of correlation of strategic and project management processes in modern private bank was researched in this paper as a factor of achivement of business targets. The stepwise plan (instruction) was outlined for selection projects, which fully correspond to the actually strategy.
The article identified features of the organization of accounting of leasing operations of ships, namely the accounting treatment of interest on the lease agreement and recovery of VAT. The article considered the regulatory and legal framework for leasing in Russia, the advantages of leasing to credit for the purchase of fixed assets, the basic parameters, characteristics and stages of the leasing of ships.
In this article are explored different studies of foreign project management models in a dynamic and uncertain external environment. Most of the concepts and tools described in the literature can be called classic, because their use is limited to the value of a stable and predictable state of the project environment. When project management is facing turbulent and rapidly changing conditions, the effectiveness of traditional approaches is significantly reduced, and it had to "shoot with shaking hands on a moving target." In this case we need to use other working approaches to a wide variety of extreme tools, agile, lean project management.
Review, proposed in the article, covers three basic approaches (Change Management, Lean Project Management, Agile Project Management) and two specials cases (Extreme Project Management, Scrum). In addition to a retrospective review of these approaches are considered in the light of specific conditions of their use, especially types of projects, the most suitable for them. Furthermore, the authors carried out a comparison of conventional and unconventional methods of project management, identify their advantages and limitations of use.
The article has both theoretical and practical value: (1) to achieve a better understanding of the factors and conditions, in which traditional approaches to project management do not work, (2) to reach knowledge about modern methods of project management in dynamic conditions of external environment facing uncertainty, (3) to analyze relationship between the sources of uncertainty in dynamic environments and project management tools that help project-oriented organizations to minimize impact of negative factors and take advantage of all issues arising in the course of project implementation capabilities, and (4) identify possible points of improvement in corporate project management methodologies, by providing them with flexible and useful tools.
In this article different methods of diagnosis of human resources management system used in Russia and abroad are considered. Based on the analysis of key methods of human resources management system evaluation, the universal diagnostic model of management system, which can be applied in companies of different industries, size and type of ownership, is proposed. To demonstrate how the proposed model can be used in real business environment the diagnosis of human resources management system is used in one of the Russian companies.
Intellectual capital disclosure creates competitiveness of a company. The paper discovers opportunities proposed by informational analytical system MIRC(Monitor of intellectual resources of a company) allowing intellectual capital management and valuation. Index of intellectual capital for hypothetical enterprise is used as an example for decision making with regard to intangible resources. The analysis of theoretical researches of factors of frequency of competitions and the size of lots on the competition between suppliers is carried out. Results of empirical researches on a problem of the organization of competitive procedures of purchases of goods are stated. The corresponding recommendations of the international organizations and state bodies are considered.
The characteristic of used methods of diagnostics of bankruptcies of the organizations is given. Five main methodical approaches to this problem are allocated. Technologies of analytical work within each model of diagnostics of bankruptcies are consistently stated.
