Basis principles and mechanisms of the Union State Property management system’s creation and development are formulated. The main attention is concentrated onto innovation concept for the general social-economy progress of the Union State.
The article is devoted to the analysis of results of application profitable and cost-based approaches to estimation of cost of the real estate objects which frequently appears much below their real market prices. Opportunities of the comparative approach use to an estimation of the real estate objects are considered, allowing to receive parameters of a real supply and demand in the market, and also in its frameworks of a mark method as alternatives of existing ways of an estimation.
A successful realization of the Russia and Belarus Union State’s project SKIF made a strong impulse to supercomputing in both countries. The scale of positive externalities to a large degree was made of the selected open model of intellectual property management. This made supercomputing available not only to the large corporations and state R&D bodies, but to the small and medium business as well. This resulted in the rise of innovation implementation and their contribution to modernization of Russian and Belarusian economies on the whole.
Organization-economical aspects of indigenous population interest protection mechanism are analyzed in concern with industrial assimilation of the Northern territories (samples of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomic Okrug in the oil-gas inbdustry development processes), including: protected objects and targets choice and confirmation, information providing sources and results terms.
