This paper is devoted to the problems of social adaptation of migrants, as well as gender differentiation in requests for help and allocated problems. The modern globalizing world is characterized by an increase in migration flows. At the same time, migration itself can have a significant impact on the socio-economic situation in a new location. The empirical basis for this work was the results of a study of the problems of social adaptation of migrants in the Nizhny Novgorod region, conducted on the basis of the Interregional Charitable Public Organization "Privolzhsky Migration Center". During the survey, 85 migrants aged 18 to 45 years were interviewed about the problems of adaptation and integration into the host community. In the course of the work, the specifics of migrants 'awareness, depending on their gender, non-commercial organizations and social institutions, the purpose of their treatment, as well as the types of assistance necessary to improve the migrants' life situation, were revealed.
This paper is devoted to the contradiction between the regulation of labor relations and real practices of work. The modern labor market is characterized by its decentralization and destandardization, active introduction of the latest information technologies, automation and robotization of a number of production processes. In these conditions, state regulation faces serious difficulties caused by the irrelevance of certain legal technologies and the need for rapid creation and constant updating of new ones. The basis for this study was such a modern form of employment as Internet employment, which has a high degree of variability.
In this article the author attempts to deal with labor relations in the postmodern era. Two important trends of postmodern labor are identified — gamification and kreativization. Under the new conditions labor is changing its meaning, material labor is increasingly inferior to intellectual one, the worker becomes more independent and free to choose. Intelligent cost of human on labor increasingly replace physical one, it is necessary to perceive, analyze and store more and more flows of information. Labor is no longer the basis for the production of goods, as it was in the industrial society, it is not the production of means to ensure the worker himself and his family, and now labor is one of the ways of pleasure and fulfillment
