The amplifier with the negative feedback is considered in history of science as one of the largest technical invention due wide fields of utilization of this principle. The history of invention of the electronic amplifier with the negative feedback is an excellent example of complex interaction of innovative technological business and prospering universities. It is brilliant result of the experimental researches, fast development of the general theory of control and studies for commerce. The paper presents essay of opening and use of the negative feedback in electronic power amplifiers. It is shown, how invention of the amplifier not only has changed methodology of scientific creativity in the past, but also influences for technics development till now, opening all novel problems of use of feedback in control.
In the automated systems for the telemetry information transfer from well bottom to wellhead the generators of middle power on Gunn diodes are used. The important practice features of such diodes which give higher output power, a large efficiency, and stability follows from ability of operation in the large-signal mode. In turn, stability of generator operation follows from design of generators, repeatability and stability of volt-ampere characteristics (VAC) of diodes. Therefore investigations of VAC for diodes and influencing factors are very important. A new nonlinear VAC model for microwave Gunn diodes based on approximation of experimentally measured characteristics by Differential-Chebyshev transformations to image domain is offered. Differential-Chebyshev transformations were successfully applied to modeling of linear systems with good accuracy of characteristics approximation. Accuracy of approximation for this transformations is more than Differential-Taylor ones. Algorithm of modeling includes following stages: VAC approximation, transfer it into image domain, calculation of the differential spectrum discrets for the output current, restoration of original by discrets in a form of Taylor' series with displaced Chebyshev polynomials. The structure of model is described. Number of terms for series for approximation of characteristics is evaluated. For generators on Gunn diodes of different kinds the dependence of output power vs impact voltage was calculated. Curves are agreeing well with the experimental data.
The paper represents report on the International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications SIBCON-2016 in Moscow. Conference was held in National Research University "Higher School of Economics". The Conference is a main event of the Russia Siberia Section of the IEEE. Necessity of the professional meeting and expansion of communication between science and industry in a framework of SIBCON is described. Some issues about organization of the permanent conference on radio electronics based on the Tomsk IEEE Chapter is carried out.
