The article describes a method of producing three-dimensional video using fractal mathematics and information technologies. Various 3D visualization technologies of three-dimensional fractals, both in static and dynamic form are considered. Methods of three-dimensional fractal video synthesis used for various applications are described. One of the applications is a 3D cinema with glasses, where the background video series uses mathematical, not painted and not obtained by standard methods of filming various plurality of frames for animation, video and television.
A new approach in the development of three-dimensional movies without glasses, but rather, the technique of fantastic graphics and media worlds creating with the help of mathematics and computer software, as the basis for the subsequent encoding a lenticular screen, is proposed. A parametric fractals calculation model, taking into account the position of the virtual camera angles to obtain a set of fractal images, creating parallaxpanoramogramm and demonstrations obtained stereoscopic images of fractal objects is considered. The technology of creating fractal static and dynamic images for auto stereoscopic systems is offered. Fractal film «Tower» for multi-angle auto stereoscopic systems without glasses, on the proposed method basis was generated. Fractal 3D video allows for the creation of film and television new worlds and fantastic realities that can be not only the background, but the story as a basis for future movies, and the latest film and television technology provides viewers with the opportunity to maximize immersion in these virtual worlds, reality when watching 3D fantastic movies without glasses.
As a digital artist’s tools, the following digital imaging technologies were considered in the article: creating abstract images using a neural network without an input image, base don’t he artist’s psycho-emotional state; creation of images using a neural network - a stylist, at the entrance of which there is a base image and a stylization file (artist’s picture, texture file, another image); technology of soft ware stylization of image processing and technology of fractal visualization. The developed technologies and the described algorithms can be useful for digital artists of such creative areas as: design, graphics, painting, architecture, cinema, VR, light installations.
For 2D and 3D artistic cinematography, in addition to the classic visual range a new layer of dynamic fractal graphic is proposed. The using of technology and a combination of three layers: the fractal dynamic backgrounds (new), a layer of 3D models and landscapes, and layer of real objects and characters, captured by the camera are considered. Technology of visual and emotional scenario combining is described. Examples of combining layers of fractal film «Invasion», «The Birth of civilization» and «Paradise Planet» are presented. Work on layers synchronization is shown. Examples of fractal and 3D scenes for real heroes are demonstrated.
The article describes a technology for creating fractal graphics images and environments for film and television professionals, seeking new forms of realization of their creative ideas.

These mathematical objects can be the basis for new films, virtual galleries, video games, light shows and advertising.
