Легиспруденция
The article notes that legisprudence is the Western name for the science of rule-making, rule-making legal technique, technologies for preparing normative documents, and evaluating laws. It is emphasized that the first mention of the term "legisprudence" was made by Ya.P. Kozelsky, but its modern understanding is associated with the name of the Belgian scientist L. J. Wintgens. Based on the consideration of various approaches, it was concluded that Western researchers do not have unity in understanding the subject of legisprudence, since some scientists understand legisprudence as the study of the legislative process, others understand the role of the legislator, analysis of his powers, others consider legisprudence as a "new theoretical approach", but almost everyone agrees that legisprudence is an applied science, based on the provisions of the theory of law. It is noted that in Russia only a few scientists write about legisprudence, since the term normography is used here, since the subject framework of this science is more clearly defined.
