The system of models of corporate information systems (CIS) infrastructure components is described. The models are built on the basis of virtual environments that allow to organize masters practical training in the educational program «Corporate Information Systems». Each model is designed to develop student's skills in a specific technologies and means that are used in CIS infrastructure building. The work with virtual environments is supported locally and remotely.
