At the particular article we provide a methodological approach to selection of companies for horizontal cooperation in procurement logistics. In context of modern logistics (globalization, high customer expectations, high transportation costs), and changes regarding Russia’s plans to join WTO, this topic is highly relevant from a practical point of view. The purpose of this article is to provide single methodological approach to selection of companies for horizontal cooperation.

This article reviews the modern approaches to the analysis of conflict situations in a supply chain. Four main areas of conflict analysis are identified and discussed in the paper: mathematical methods, hierarchical analysis, total cost modeling business processes.
According to various estimates global GDP is about 60-70 trillion dollars, at the same time the costs of logistics in the world accounts for 12 trillion dollars per year. These figures are comparable to costs associated with armaments, public health service and other important areas of human activity.
Consequently, the search of practical ways and development of effective mechanisms for reducing logistics costs is a major problem, the solving of which will improve efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. Thus, the purpose of this paper is the development of methods and models for EOQ calculation in supply chains as well as development of matrix of decision-making for the design of new modified EOQ models, designed to optimize logistics costs of companies in supply chains.
In this article we describe a system allowing companies to organize an efficient inventory management with 40 suppliers of different products. The system consists of four modules, each of which can be improved: demand planning, inventory management, procurement planning and KPI reporting. Described system was implemented in a real company, specializing on perishable products totaling over 600 SKUs. The system helped the company to increase its turnover by 7% while keeping the same level of services.
We present an approach based on a two-stage ltration of the set of feasible solutions for the multiprocessor job-shop scheduling problem. On the rst stage we use extensive dominance relations, whereas on the second stage we use lower bounds. We show that several lower bounds can eciently be obtained and implemented.
