Правовой статус инвестора - физического лица на рынке ценных бумаг

The purpose of this article is to research the problems connected with the notion of the legal status of an individual investor in the securities market. In particular, the author examines the notion of "investor" in the securities market, which covers turnover participants who buy securities, i.e. investing with the aim to get benefits or other socially effect.
It is suggested the classification of individual investors in the securities market, which depends on the ability of investors to assess risks connected with the buying of investment instruments.
In addition, it provides the reader on considers the conditions for the admission of an individual investor to the securities market.
