Модель функционирования перспективной системы для автоматизированного планирования мероприятий инженерно-авиационного обеспечения
This paper discusses the application of genetic algorithms for the scheduling of electric rolling stock maintenance. The main objective is to improve the automated train scheduling system of uniformity maintenance process with a variety of maintenance resources, including the limited resources. The methods of graph theory and Bellman principle allow us to get the entire set of suitable maintenance schedules and choose which maintenance corresponds to the train schedule, and the minimum differs from the optimal one according to the selected criteria. Traditionally, it takes a significant amount of time and the main problem is using the criterion of uniformity maintenance under limited resources. In this case, we used genetic algorithm for optimization. The results showed that the genetic algorithm is an effective tool for optimization of maintenance scheduling.

Recognizing the challenges that a contemporary university faces, an inter-faculty group of researchers performed the analysis of organizational and management approach in one of Russia’s universities and modeled existing business processes. The university is a multi-campus organization and to manage it efficiently it is necessary to make transition from the traditional management model to a more flexible - network structure. This paper focuses on development of the Goal Tree and designing of AS-IS model. The researchers applied IBM Business Modeler which allows to execute modeling and simulation of business processes. The practical value of the proposed approach is that it enables the university management to improve performance and effectiveness.

The attitude of the main British political parties and groups to the problem of changes of the prerogatives and powers of the House of Lords during the introduction and discussion of the supreme legislative body of the Bill of Parliament of 1911 is discussed. The process of complicated co-ordinations, concessions and compromises during the discussions period on the text of the Bill is being examined. The Act of Parliament of 1911 characteristics and the reasons of the need for further reform of the House of Lords are given.
