Совершенствование процесса тактического планирования цепей поставок металлургических предприятий
This article is a continuation of the series of articles devoted to the creation of industry-specific practical methodology of supply chain planning of industrial enterprises (on the example of iron and steel complexes).
The article studies the process of tactical planning of supply chains of metallurgical companies. Based on the analysis of SCOR and GSCF processes, the following are proposed: improved process of tactical planning of supply chains; the algorithm of optimal balancing of supply and demand in supply chains of industrial enterprises determined on the basis of the interactive layer-by-layer optimization method, which allows reserving logistic capacities for priority orders and carrying out the optimal distribution of the remaining capacities between other orders.
Scientific survey is based on fundamental and applied developments of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of economic theory, management theory, logistics theory and supply chain management, methods of mathematical modeling, business process modeling methodology, system analysis, operations research and expert evaluation methods.
As a result of the study, the shortcomings of the description of tactical supply chain planning in SCOR and GSCF are revealed; an improved process and method of tactical planning is proposed.
