Опыт догоняющего развития: промышленная политика в Японии (1870–1880 гг.)
Japan became the first asian country, which has successfully implemented industrial production technologies based on Western and USA experience. However Japanese way is usually associated with catching model since it has started industrialization later and had to implement Western technologies. Forced industrialization allowed Japan to pass the first stage of the new economic model in short terms. Textile industry and industrial infrasturcture developed in parallel during the first industrial boom period (1885-1890). This article considers the features of industrial policy of Japan which enabled country industrialization during the first stage of the new industrial system of Japan formation.
