FRUCT is the largest regional cooperation framework between academia and industry in form of open innovations. FRUCT conferences are attended by the representatives of 25 FRUCT member universities from Russia, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Ukraine, India, industrial experts from Qt community, EMC, EIT ICT Labs, Nokia Siemens Networks and a number of guests from other companies and universities.
In the paper the modular characteristics and regularities of their development are identified on the basis of various models comparative analysis in service and production systems. The relationship of modularity in service with the level of customer satisfaction is most fully analyzed through a systematic approach. The various combinations of modularity and consumer satisfaction, with the aim of finding the optimal combination of them are built
When creating training courses on special subjects in the IT field there is a need in forregular partial renewal of materials. Lifetime of actuality of separate sections often lasts less than 1-2 years. At the same time, an abundance of forms of learning, in which the material may be used, as well as differences in the specialization of students makes to prepare educational materials in a modular fashion. The report considered the method of forming the matrix of primary educational material, that becomes the basis of linear course, formed according to given criteria.
The need for foreign language textbooks for each profession based on competencies reflected in modern federal state standards of higher education is substantiated. The existing textbooks on economic German were analyzed. The basic principles of foreign language textbooks of the new generation are stated.
