Особенности регулирования рынка Форекс в России
The article examines a legal interaction between forex-dealers and their clients in Russia according to the latest changes in legal acts. The research is based on the analysis of (1) relevant contract-documentation using by Russian licensed forex-dealers, (2) current legislature that regulates currency market and (3) practice of law.
The paper considers new practical possibilities conducted by latest legal amendments, including the sphere of traders' rights legal protection, abilities for reimbursement due to forex-dealers incompetence. The evaluation of basic traders risks is presented according to the characteristics of new regulation frame.
Authors conclude that interaction with forex-dealers on Russian markets is describes as high-risk dealing. Despite the government administrative regulation, the contract system does not give any guarantees to the clients on forex-market in terms of risk-sharing.

The issues of financial markets self-regulation have gained appreciable urgency due to the recent global financial crisis. The paper presents a review of the key industrialized countries' experience in implementation of self-regulatory mechanisms in their national financial markets. The benefits and the limits of self-regulatory mechanisms are analyzed, including the analysis from the historical perspective. The features of the main types of financial markets' regulatory systems are given as well as the individual features of the national financial regulatory systems under consideration.
Russian government policy on small and medium-sized enterprises initially focuses on copying and introducing western institutions and, secondly, on permanent increasing the number of organizations and forms of SMEs’ support. After several structural reorganizations government support for SMEs widely covered federal, regional and municipal levels of management. But even with the backbone of more than 30 billion rubles worth budgetary infusions SMEs support system has been unable to provide favorable conditions for the development of this sector of economy. The reasons for this should be sought in the potential and the actual place of SMEs in the current structure of the Russian economy.
Smoking is a problem, bringing signifi cant social and economic costs to Russiansociety. However, ratifi cation of the World health organization Framework conventionon tobacco control makes it possible to improve Russian legislation accordingto the international standards. So, I describe some measures that should be taken bythe Russian authorities in the nearest future, and I examine their effi ciency. By studyingthe international evidence I analyze the impact of the smoke-free areas, advertisementand sponsorship bans, tax increases, etc. on the prevalence of smoking, cigaretteconsumption and some other indicators. I also investigate the obstacles confrontingthe Russian authorities when they introduce new policy measures and the public attitudetowards these measures. I conclude that there is a number of easy-to-implementanti-smoking activities that need no fi nancial resources but only a political will.
One of the most important indicators of company's success is the increase of its value. The article investigates traditional methods of company's value assessment and the evidence that the application of these methods is incorrect in the new stage of economy. So it is necessary to create a new method of valuation based on the new main sources of company's success that is its intellectual capital.
