The article offers the basic approaches to the modeling of IT infrastructure
e-university. It was shown that simulation should be based on the principles of the system, process and methods of decomposition of the main business processes of e-learning services. Actuator types of electronic control system of the University's IT infrastructure, built on ITIL / ITSM principles and guidelines for the formation of the organizational structure of the electronic university IT departments.
