ОБОСНОВАНИЕ ВЫБОРА CRM-РЕШЕНИЯ ДЛЯ ТОРГОВОГО ХОЛДИНГА
The problem of software choice for the business-processe automation at the secondary sales organization and safety stock management in the international FMCG-holding is considered. The analysis of the business processes, tasks and objectives of the company tree was carried out. A multi-level hierarchical system of criteria for the valuation of available solutions is developed. The analysis methodology of hierarchies for a decision over the system choice is applied.
