In this article we discuss the problem of audio data transmission in sensor networks with predefined QoS. We first give a structure of wireless audio sensor networks, their applications and refer to the two existing problems, associated with such networks: low energy efficiency of data transmission and quality of service (QoS).  A method of spatial channel reuse for audio stream transmission is considered as a possible solution. This method reduces the communication range of nodes to the nearest neighbour and hence increases the overall channel throughput by allowing different nodes to transmit audio data simultaneously. Based on this existing method, we propose a new method of spatial channel reuse, characterized by dynamic transmission power during network operation.

We present a model of a wireless audio sensor network in terms of graph theory and set theory. This model takes into account quality of service of audio streams and serves as the basis for carrying out several simulation scenarios. At the end of article the simulation results are given. They reflect the benefits of using the newly proposed method of channel spatial reuse with adjustable power transmission level during audio sensor network operation.
