Планирование затрат и пути финансирования взаимодействия научно-образовательных центров с предприятиями
The article is devoted to the problem of systematization and planning costs for the training programs of employees in the enterprises and organizations of the Russian regions and ways of financing the cooperation between enterprises and research and educational centers for staff development. We consider forming the plan for ongoing activities, classification and calculation of future costs and identifying sources of funding. These sources can consist of the organization’s resources only or also of the funds allocated under government programs to support educational innovations. This paper analyzes the development of measures of financial support for human capital development in Russian organizations under federal programs, and also promoting professional development and training of employees of enterprises at the regional level by the example of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
