Article shows a state and possibilities of distance learning technological components in a field of information-telecommunication technologies. The generalized structure of virtual practical works is shown. Training and teaching of specialists in ICT is discussed.

Technology of electronic distance course development was created. This technology is useful for developing training tutorial of foreign languages. Firstly, it can be integrated into the LMS and can be used online as a web service. Secondly, it can be used as a standalone desktop tutorial. A helpful tool tip was added. The tip contains grammar information and English translation for each separated word in the tutorial. With the help of this technology there was created a distance course for Russian language as a foreign one. Additionally, on the basis of Russian National Corpus there was organized a tool for search and extraction of actual sentences with examples of word usage.
The system of natural sciences distance learning for foreign citizens at the Technical University is represented. The prospects of this type of training with innovative educational technologies implementation are shown.
The article deals with some ideas about lifelong learning strategies - the necessity to teach students to acquire, develop and update knowledge, skills and competences at different stages of their life and in different environments, the methods which can be applied to achieve it and the role of the teacher in this process.
The paper presents a model of continuous profession-oriented learning in the electronic environment at organizational, technological and learning levels. The learning level involves the application of modern technologies in e-pedagogies. The educational process is being built on the bases of iterative analysis, competence assessment and individual trajectories of learning. The organizational level implies the formation of integrated knowledge space which unites community of teachers from various higher educational institutions, research organizations and business enterprises within the system of academic knowledge management. At the technological level the members and partners of the integrated knowledge space are provided with appropriate instruments within the framework of social networks to develop educational and methodological materials, to search, to capture, to accumulate and to systematize knowledge with respect to the competence model’s requirements based on ontology method. The model aims at developing the methodology for creating and maintaining the intelligence systems to generate comprehensive competences. It enables the education institutions to effectively solve the problem of enhancing the education quality and assurance to meet the requirements of the business innovative development in knowledge society.
The experience of the well known world business schools in using MBA programs is analysed. Тhe history of MBA programs is presented on many American and European examples. American and British benchmarking in qualities and the content of training programs reflects the current level of business education in many countries of the world. Programs in Harvard School of Business, Ecoles Superior de Commerce, INSEAD and other prestigious schools of business are discribed.
Event logs collected by modern information and technical systems usually contain enough data for automated process models discovery. A variety of algorithms was developed for process models discovery, conformance checking, log to model alignment, comparison of process models, etc., nevertheless a quick analysis of ad-hoc selected parts of a journal still have not get a full-fledged implementation. This paper describes an ROLAP-based method of multidimensional event logs storage for process mining. The result of the analysis of the journal is visualized as directed graph representing the union of all possible event sequences, ranked by their occurrence probability.
