In article tasks in view of creation of a technique of identification of thermal parametres, a method of cooling by means of thermal tubes and working out of a subsystem of modelling of thermal processes in radio-electronic means of any design are proved also.
The monograph presents results by professor Dr. A. Shalumov’s Research School of Modeling, Information Technology and Automated Systems (Russia). The program, ASONIKA, developed by the school is reviewed here regarding reliability and quality of devices for simulation of electronics and chips during harmonic and random vibration, single and multiple impacts, linear acceleration and acoustic noise, and steady-state and transient thermal effects. Calculations are done for thermal stress during changes in temperature and power in time. Calculations are done for number of cycles to fatigue failure under mechanical loads as well as under cyclic thermal effects. Simulation results for reliability analysis are taken into account. Models, software interface, and simulation examples are presented.

This manuscript explores alternatives to the currently dominant model of political identification with a nation (nation-state), namely versions of civilizational, cosmopolitan and identification. In the course of the research author concludes that transnational identification can not become a solution to the problem of “identity crisis” for large political communities. However, the theoretical investigation of this form of identification may be relevant to the life strategies of single individuals who face existence under the dominant political order of the nation-state, despite the fact that their practices in a global world has already gone beyond national borders.

The questions of an assessment of reliability of the vibroinsulators which are applied to protection of radio-electronic means from vibration influences were considered. The calculations of intensity of refusals of springs for various techniques were given. It is shown that application of the technique, which considers influence of features of constructive and technological execution, allows to solve not only calculation problems, but also providing demanded level of characteristics of reliability of vibroinsulators.
The paper deals with the algorithm of the identification of discrete systems with variable delay, consisting of an ideal sampler, zero-order hold and the linear continuous part. The delay parameter (fractional part of time delay) is estimated through the inverse modified Z-transform. The estimation is based on the equality of the continuous-time part step response to zero at the time delay point. The time delay of the discrete system (integer component) is adjusted by means of the integer part of the estimate obtained.
