Lecture Notes in Computer Science. 2019. Vol. 11551. P. 237-243.
Muravyov D.

In this paper, I approach studying Internet governance from the perspective of “sociotechnical imaginaries”. I argue that this concept can prove to be especially useful in studying authoritarian policy-settings and elucidate the relationship between stakeholders in the field of Internet governance.
