Based on the Darcy equation and the modified Reynolds equation of unsteady in the framework of a short bearing hydrodynamic calculation method is proposed inhomogeneous two-layer porous bearing of finite length. Based on the analytical expressions for the components of the supporting force composed equations describing unsteady motion of the spike in the bearing.
