О поэтической генеалогии «Львицы» С. Маршака
The article is about one of the poems of S. Marshak's cycle "Children in a cage" – "Lioness". It was included in the first (until 1931) editions of the book, but was subsequently withdrawn by the author under pressure from teachers. Created in the elegiac mode, the text is a monologue of the heroine, which is replaced by a dialogue when a new subject of speech appears. The poem is written by 3-art. amphibrachy with rhyming AbAb. The fifth chapter in M. L. Gasparov's book "Meter and Meaning" is devoted to the analysis of the semantic halo of this type of three-syllable with alternating feminine (not always rhymed) and masculine endings. Our task is to use the rich material collected by an outstanding poet to establish rhythmic and semantic contexts that could prompt Marshak the form of the poem and some elements of his topic.
