




The monograph contains the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research of organizational culture and resistance to changes in two entrepreneurial - oriented universities – NNSU and HSE (Nizhny Novgorod). The presented analysis of empirical material is carried out using the typological model of culture by R. Goffi and G. Jones "double C Cube", the questionnaire by S. Ritchie and p. Martin "Motivational profile" and the author's methods of assessing the resistance to changes and value preferences of teachers in research activities. The monograph identified key areas and indicators of the interaction of globalization and regionalization on the basis of the analysis assumptions and characteristics of their manifestations in Russia and the BRICS countries. At present, according to experts, there is a shift of the global economy towards the East, where the economies of the BRICS become a new factor in the development. The BRICS has attracted considerable attention as an alliance that has an unusual geographical and functional parameters. This fact allows to attribute it to the new format of communication between countries. Belonging to the new markets, the BRICS countries are playing a significant role in contemporary international relations and are active participants in a globalization of the world economy. Currently the role of the country in the international arena are basically determined by its economic and political "weight" among the leaders. A comparison of major economic indicators in Brazil, Russia, India, China and South - Africa and other countries is considered. It is noted that the BRICS countries can be an important element in the system of global management, especially in the financial and economic sphere. The real work is devoted to the solution of problems of interaction of the subjects of innovative activity (SIA) in the Russian Federation. Problems of interaction of SID pour out, as a rule, in problems of a mutual dissatisfaction between the parties with the participating in creation of innovations and their consumers. The mutual dissatisfaction with participants of innovative activity is expressed in statements of such character when representatives of innovative ideas and projects complain about representatives of business that business isn't interested in new and advanced technological developments and products of innovative activity. In return business shows discontent with quality and level of innovative developments of scientific community by representatives. Unfortunately, such situation proceeds over fifteen years and each of the parties is sincerely sure of the correctness. In the present book the author has made an attempt to understand the reasons of problems of development of innovative process in Russia. As an example of regional innovative system the Nizhny Novgorod Region where the author of the present monograph conducted surveys and interview of tens of innovative companies and other participants of innovative activity in 2014 has been chosen. The book consists of three heads, in each of which is devoted to the following questions: In chapter 1 of work research of forms known for today and scientific methods of interaction between subjects of innovative activity is conducted. In chapter 2 field and desk researches of factors of development of interaction of subjects of innovative activity are described. In a chapter 3 the mechanisms allowing to develop forms and methods of interaction of SID in Russia are offered.
