In the manual application of information technologies in design of radio-electronic means is considered. The description of six automated subsystems which are a part of "The automated system of ensuring reliability and the quality of the equipment" ASONIKA allowing to carry out thermal and mechanical modeling of various designs of radio-electronic means is provided.
