Approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of personnel training system are presented, the need for the construction of learning outcomes assessment system in the context of the use of the human capital industry is identified.
The present monograph introduces the concept of organizational culture poly-discourse management that allows realizing this phenomenon potential when ensuring employees’ efficient organizational behaviour. Complexity of organizational culture as a phenomenon creates the foundation for its being interpreted as normative framework, stakeholders’ interests congruence and informational space rich in the senses. In order to improve management efficiency each interpretation implies using different methods and mechanisms of managerial influence as well as different ways of their application depending on the organizational culture maturity stage. The book discusses the questions concerning special features of organizational culture management within the three conceptual areas – discourses – and presents the research tools and algorithms. The monograph is targeted at both researchers analyzing organizational culture issues and those involved into management practice.
Historically, in the doctrine of religious dogmas there were numerous versions of the Gospels. Of these, the official church recognized only four (from Matthew, Mark, Luke and John), declaring the other Gospels either heretical or associating their authors' names with dubious activities (as is the case with Mary Magdalene). But even between the four most popular canonical works there is no complete agreement in the interpretation of moral laws. So, Luke wrote his Gospel, because in many ways he did not agree with Mark. In the title of our book, the word "Gospel" has a double meaning. Firstly, this is a new management approach as a disagreement with previous approaches. And secondly, it is an approach based on the values and disputes surrounding them, reminiscent of the struggle against competing managerial tracts for the most productive business philosophy.
The monograph is devoted to scientifically-conceptual issues, showing the place, role and importance of the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Dormition monastery of Sviyazhsk in Russian and world history and culture. In the first volume are included historical, cultural and architectural aspects of the value of the assumption Cathedral, the grounds for inclusion of the object in the list of world heritage of UNESCO, the substantiation of management plans and protection of this object.
