The article considers word-formation means of forming irony in media discourse on the example of neologisms. The aim of the study is to identify word-formation markers of ironic strategies in the headlines of online media texts. The research material was the contexts of using neologisms of usual and non- usual ways of word-formation in electronic media, and the main attribute of irony in these contexts is the discrepancy between the implicit and explicit evaluative plans: the negative assessment is not explicitly expressed, there are no negatively marked elements in the statement, but they are implicitly taken out of the context.
In this article we report some new experiments in the area of words clustering for the Russian language. We introduce a new clustering method that distributes words into classes according to their syntactic relations. We used a large untagged corpus (about 7,2 bln of words) to collect a set of such relations. The corpus was processed using a set of finite state automata that extracts syntactically dependent combinations having explicit structure. These automata were used to process only unambiguous text fragments because of combination of these techniques increases the quality of sampled input data. The modification of group average agglomerative clustering was used to separate words between clusters. The sampled set of clusters was tested using one of the semantic dictionaries of the Russian language. The NMI score calculated in this article is equal to 0.457 and F1-score is 0.607.

The presented article belongs to the research categories, thus, is the result of research conducted by the authors, as well as the interpretation of the identified factors influencing the satisfaction of students participating in international academic mobility. In the study, the issues of the effectiveness of internationalization of education in Russian universities are provided by giving students the opportunity to participate in international mobility programs. The problems of internationalization are practical, since now this process is one of the prior directions in the development of education. In the course of this work, a study was conducted of the views of Russian students on the level and quality of education in the programs of international academic mobility, and the main result of the work was to identify the most significant factors affecting the choice of high school students for mobility, which were combined by the authors of the article in a set of recommendations to the leading Russian. universities when choosing partner universities. The practical part includes an expert interview of students (14 people) participating in mobility programs to identify criteria for their satisfaction with this experience, which, together with the factors identified as a result of analyzing theoretical work, served as the basis for the compilation of a survey on academic mobility, which then 148 students passed. Thus, the following significant components of the effective passage of the program were identified: a high level of adaptation and awareness of foreign students at the host university, high professionalism of teachers, moderation of expenses, the availability of scholarships, provision of team project work to establish relationships with fellow students. The leading criteria for the selection of foreign universities by students were determined: established partnerships between sending and receiving universities, the attractiveness of the country of the program, the opportunity to practice rare foreign languages with their native speakers. As a research perspective, it can be proposed to establish differences in the factors influencing the choice of Western or Eastern universities - partners.

This paper deals with the Semantics/Pragmatics distinction in a contrastive ethnolinguistic aspect. I argue for the validity of this distinction based on cross-linguistic data. My claim is that the specificity of the so-called language key words [Wierzbicka 1990:15-17] - linguospecific items particularly representative of a given language speakersђ mentality - is due to pragmatic rather than semantic peculiarities. These pragmatic peculiarities distinguish the key words both from their synonyms within the same language and their counterparts in other languages. The languages under discussion are Russian and English, analyzed within a combined frame of Integral Language Description model [Apresjan 1995:8-238] and Wierzbickaђs ethnolinguistic approach.
