The monograph presents the results of a comprehensive study of the actual problem of designing and using personal development environments for employees of internal affairs bodies in the process of their continuing education.
The methodological foundations and psychological and pedagogical issues of designing personal-developing educational environments and the corresponding organization of the integral process of continuous education of employees of the internal affairs bodies are revealed. Various approaches to the selection of educational environment conditions are characterized, from the positions of which innovative technologies and effective forms of practice-oriented training, professional and special training of employees of internal affairs bodies are described.
