The article describes a method for solving technological problems using experimental statistical modeling. Models describe with a certain accuracy (degree of adequacy) the relationship between the inputs and outputs of a system without analyzing the internal structure of this system.
The processing of the results by mathematical methods and the identification of the regression equations as algebraic polynomials made it possible to use the local optimization method to analyze the obtained dependencies. The method of local optimization is a development of existing methods for optimizing technological processes and methods for determining the absolute absolute extremum of a function in the study of models of multifactor processes with unstable extremes and non-matching optimal regions.
The resulting optimized dependencies and their graphical interpretation formed the basis of a nomogram that allows predicting the properties of differences. The obtained dependencies formed the basis for the algorithm of a computer program that allows determining and predicting the properties of products depending on the values of variable factors
