Article is devoted to the study of social interaction problems in the labor market by means of simulation. Сonsidered main problems of using the modeling method in sociology, presented a definition of "descriptive-information model." The author proposed to use to describe the objects of social interaction in the labor market so-called model composition (or structures), and to describe of relations between these objects - a model of interaction (or functioning) and presented the basic components of these models.
The problem of population ageing became very important for the recent decades especially for developed countries. Better quality of life together with improvements in medical care allows people to live longer, however the population ageing brings severe social and economic impacts such as increased demand for medical care, high risk of chronic disease, growing pensions and medicine spends. ICT is seen now as an innovative way of solving some of these problems. Recent concepts of telecare, telemedicine and independent living brought the opportunities for ageing problems resolutions. Diverse service providers and solution developers work separately on their own products while there is huge opportunity of combining them together using SOA. In this article the diabetes case is examined and the event-driven service oriented approach is used to create the architecture of information system supporting distant health management. Together with detailed architecture description and its advantages, ICT for ageing market overview and its' key barriers are given in this paper.
