Article contains methodological analysis of improvements of professional training specialists in criminal justice. Author proposes problem approach towards various elements of criminal law.
The article is devoted to the problem of selfdisclosure of a personality as implicit readiness to active self-fulfillment. The author examines positive and negative consequences of self-disclosure in communication and studies temporal boundaries, time and relevance of self-disclosure of a person in dyadic, interpersonal and inter-group relationship.
Programmer's professional activity requires an amount of work with different artificial languages. Many studies report that effective programming is correlated with the high level of verbal intelligence. In this paper we study the dynamics of artificial language learning among programmers in comparison with psychologists and the group of non-professional users. We show that programmers learn artificial language in a different way, then the other groups, and this difference is based on their professional requirements.
