Автомобилизация и стратегия развития городов: мировой опыт и российская действительность на примере Москвы
The article analyses Transport strategy of the Russian Federation through to 2030, a key document for development of Russia’s transport systems. The two scenarios set out in the strategy, fossil-fuel and innovative, are compared, with the latter given precedence, as innovative scenario would help reach high tempos of economic growth, as well as catch up with developed countries in both availability of transport services for the population and in adherence to safety standards.
Traffic jam on the road network of cities, increasing transportation costs and other negative consequences, require new solutions to improve mobility in the traffic. This problem is one of the most important for old industrial cities, where it is impossible to expand the road network. This article is analyzed of the main ways to improve traffic management in old industrial city of using new innovation modern transport systems.
Currently, the comfort of the old city as a living environment is determined by the following main factors: accessibility; the availability of all the necessary services; the presence of a sufficient number of public spaces. Among these factors, I would especially like to mention the transport accessibility, since time is a key value to the inhabitants of the modern city and cities' competitiveness depends directly on the level of development of the transport infrastructure and transport system.
The role of Northern Sea Way (NSW) for national economy and Russia development is shown. Importance of integration NSWin logistical system of the Russian Federation and world economic space is proved. Problems of development NSWin a cut of increase in transit of a strategic source of raw materials (in particular oil and gas) are opened. Necessity of connection to NSW railway and automobile highways, river ways of Siberia and necessity of coordination of its work with activity of air transport is shown.
