The article provides a brief overview of life and works by I. Kh. Ozerov (1869-1942), a professor of financial law at Moscow and St. Petersburg State Universities, in terms oh his contribution into financial and legal studies in Russia at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries. The article precedes the publication of a work by I. Kh. Ozerov On the research methods in financial studies which formulate the sociological methods of investigating the financial relationships.

The problem of electromagnetic compatibility of space onboard equipment the last time is considered from the point of view of ensuring fail-safe operation of this equipment in the conditions of radiation electrization. This article presents the results of computer modeling the impact of high conductivity of printed circuit assemblies of digital equipment for efficiency. The obtained simulation results were confirmed by experimental prototyping. As a result of research the authors have proved that using nano-conductive dielectrics as material for printed circuit assemblies does not impair the operation of digital devices and except the possibility of electrostatic discharges when radiation electrization in the field of outer space.

The character of the change of stickness of clay rocks depending on their mineralogical composition and moisture has been described in the article. The results of the influence of the amino complexes on the frost heave of the clay rocks were achieved. The new technology allows using toxic wastes of chemical and metallurgical for the syntesis of no toxic amino complex compounds (ACN) in order to improve the properties of the road surfaces.
