A problem of the boundaries of counterfeit phenomenon not coinciding in consumers, lawmakers and possessor of rights' minds is discussed in this paper. It contains systemized date on the scale of counterfeit business and barriers on the way of a contra counterfeit policy. There also are generalized suggestions of authority bodies and possessor of rights about the ways of fight with counterfeit.
In the article necessity of state policy correction in relation to the cities in Russia towards decentralization and differentiation is stated. The mechanisms that allow to increase autonomy of the large cities and urban agglomerations are offered along with the corresponding calculations and expert estimates. Also attention is paid to the problems of absence at the state level of urban agglomeration concept and imperfection of state statistics concerning cities.

The paper is devoted to participation of students in Moscow mayor’s election campaign in September 2018. On busy squares, at subway exits, one could often see young people with attributes of election headquarters of Mr. Sobyanin (at that time – the encumbent mayor of the capital). They distributed printed propaganda materials and informed residents about transformations in Moscow in recent years and plans for the future. The paper sought answers to the following questions: How did the young people become street agitators? On what conditions did they agree to participate in the election campaign? Was their participation voluntary or forced? The empirical basis of the study comprised 20 semi-formalized interviews with students aged 18 to 24 years, who were agitators of Mr. Sobyanin’s election campaign.
The survey of Russian medium-size companies was the basis for analysis of the structure of motives for innovations of top Russian executives. Innovations are perceived as key element of post-crisis recovery; the difficulties for execution of innovative actions are not impossible to overcome. However, the scope of innovative actions raises only in the firm surpasses the level of annual investments at 10% of the annual sales.
