The notions of crowdsourcing and reputation are compared. It is shown that crowdsourcing may be a significant factor influencing reputation formation of various social players; in strategic perspective it allows to build a new model of social interaction.

Hospitality and Tourism Industry has been one of the major players in the global economy, which has led to growing opportunities in research and education. In Russia, however, research in the Hospitality and Tourism area remains scarce in spite of the dramatic growth of this sector of the national economy and the growing number of educational programs in the corresponding field. The paper presents cluster efficiency concept that is defined by the author. The main principles of cluster efficiency assessment are specified. Based on assessment goals, there is an analysis of Russian and foreign performance evaluation methods. With the foundation of the whole analysis, a set of methods is delineated in the conclusive part. The methods are supposed to be practically applied for assessing cluster efficiency.
An approach to design of performance management systems based on referent info-logical models is considered. A procedure of stage-by-stage development of a performance management system model for a particular organization, including description of arising during the modeling process typical problem situations and means or their overcoming, is proposed.
Methodological issues related to designing a system of indicators for tracing Russian business cycle are discussed. Several definitions of economic cycles in their application to the Russian economy are considered. Possible approaches to dating turning points, constructing composite cyclical indicators and their using for monitoring and forecasting cyclical trajectory are analyzed.
