The article deals with the issue of reliability, namely the durability of computer engineering. The methodology of the refined estimation of durability indicators of computer engineering in the IDEF0-diagram format is developed. The example of usage of the developed methodology is given. The object of research the graphics card of the AMD Radeon type is chosen. A summary table of the mean group value of the variation coefficient for the subgroups of electrical components, which are part of the selected graphics card, is formed. A comparison of the numerical values of the gamma-percentile operating life of the graphics card, taking into account the different values of the coefficient of variation, was made. The influence of the coefficient of variation on the value of gamma-percentile operating life is considered. The methodology allows obtaining more accurate values of durability indicators and thereby increasing the reliability of the calculated assessment of durability characteristics.
This article describes an approach to assessment of assignments in online course “Computer Graphics” and in-class course “Video Technologies” held on MOOC platform Stepic and self-made platform for evaluation of graphical assignments for editing, encoding and composing video. This approach is suitable for assignments of various formalization.
A dictionary of multiword expressions provides a suitable way for natural language processing. Automatically processing of natural language texts allows shortening the time that we need to construct such dictionaries and enlarge the number of expressions included into a dictionary. In this paper we show that n-gramms of natural language text are following the Zipf’s law; however, the index of power for distribution is varies over wide range. We use this property for such multiword expressions extraction as stylistic markers of a text and special expressions shaping the vocabulary of the selected domain.
This work presents the results of development of the programs of the calculation of the parameters of the operational amplifier macromodels of the first and second levels with the use of mathematical software package Scilab. The verification of the calculated parameters macro models on a set of test circuits activate the OS with application subsystem LTSpice circuit simulation.

The article deals with the application of decision support in the complex projects administration and execution. The main types of decision-making problems are shown. Research have shown that these problems have complex and multi-criteria character. The solution of this task by the decision-maker (project managers, design departments managers, design engineers) can cause some mistakes. When performing complex and expensive projects the price of these mistakes is high and may affect the success of the project. An example of the successive concessions method to solve the problem of recruitment for the project.
Nowadays, a field of dialogue systems and conversational agents is one of the rapidly growing research areas in artificial intelligence applications. Business and industry are showing increasing interest in implementing intelligent conversational agents into their products. Many recent studies has tended to focus on possibility of developing task-oriented systems which are able to have long and free social chats that occur naturally in social human interactions. In order to better understand the user’s expression, and then feedback the correct information, natural language understanding plays an extremely important role. Despite progress made in solving NLP problems, it remains very challenging today in the field of dialogue systems. In this paper, we review the recent progress in developing dialogue systems, its current architecture features and further prospects. We focus on the natural language understanding tasks which are key for building a good conversational agent, and than we are summarizing NLP methods and frameworks, in order to allow researchers to study the potential improvements of the state-of-the-art dialogue systems. Additionally, we consider the dialogue concept in context of human-machine interaction, and briefly describe dialogue evaluation metrics.
The paper considers the implementation of the basic algorithms for constructing the reduced computational schemes for the numerical integration of the system of linear differential equations by Euler's method. Shows the time and construction costs reduced by calculation scheme as compared with conventional numerical methods. Payment scheme for computing large mathematical models occurs at 2-3 orders of magnitude faster used in specialized software techniques.
This work is devoted to the review of the training program module for the calculation and analysis of electrical circuits. The result is an application that can be used in educational institutions to control the quality of students ' knowledge and unload the teaching staff by automating the verification of practical tasks performed by students. The program can also be integrated into the existing educational interactive environment of the educational institution.

In this paper we propose an algorithm for constructing an adequate picture of the spreading of the currents on the spacecraft surface. The sequence of actions based on the transformation of the output file of the program LTSpice IV. The algorithm was implemented and tested at the structural and electrophysical models in the form of a plane. The study was implemented in the framework of the Basic Research Program at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) in 2015.
The article presents Java and HDL-models, which are the basis of the new hybrid NoC model. Based on it, modeling of mesh, torus topologies and two-dimensional circulant for NoC was carried out.
