The problem of designing a cyberphysical system used as a service for Smart buildings control using Internet technologies — Internet of Things (IoT) is considered. Such software platforms are part of the complex systems of the BEMS — Building Energy Management Systems and are an instrument for implementing energy savings in buildings. IoT servers and controllers form a management infrastructure in which the mechanisms of adaptation and data mining, which are continuously received from a large number of nodes, play a special role. In the absence of standards for the implementation of BEMS based on IoT, as well as increasing requirements for the composition and functions of analytical support, there is a need to unify software architectures and ensure their effective implementation in solving practical problems. Software component unification, including the scenario manager, provides operational software implementation using various information technologies, including cloud or foggy computing. The presented architectural templates clearly illustrate the possibilities of scaling and developing services for managing intelligent buildings using IoT. The projected open SaaS architecture software platform is an effective means for buildings energy managing with a contour of Data Mining. It can be used for replication of knowledge about the energy efficiency in buildings, including the use of renewable energy sources.
The article describes the development process of model for comparing scientific texts stylistic characteristics. The model has been created from several components, such as method of text information representation, method of these models comparison and way of text stylistic characteristics representation and also tested on a trial data set. Metrics for comparing texts stylistic characteristics can be used for quality control of works in education and also at linguistic researches.
The article describes implementation (hardware and software) of computing system in automatic paradigm based on object-attribute (OA) computer system belonging to the class of dataflow machines. OA-computer is the system of functional unit (FU) collaborating each other. FU is hardware of software unit. The system named OA-automation emulate behavior of automation. It is discussion of necessary FU types and FUs cooperation of OA-automation. It is discussion the developed implementation of different classes of automata (deterministic, nondeterministic, abstract, structural), the implementation of automatic decomposition (nested and called slot automata) and systems of concurrent automata. The article involve describing developed formal models of automation decomposition. The implementation of automatic paradigm on OA-basis widen field of application of OA-approach to computing system organization by automatic control system, compiler, language semantics analysis system and etc. The implementation of automation decomposition simplify development of complex automata system.
Problem statement: solutions analytical justification by using a decision support system (DSS) significantly increases the quality of decisions. The existing DSS generally employs methods analytic hierarchy process and analytical networks. It does not always lead to the desired results as each method is based on certain assumptions and is not universal. The creation of the DSS, including ELECTRE collection methods, will allow to obtain additional information about the relative importance of different variants of the solution for the task. Methodological basis for the creation the DSS «ELECTRE»: the family of ELECTRE methods, which include ELECTRE I, ELECTRE Iv, ELECTRE IS, ELECTRE II, ELECTRE III and others. Their key feature consists in the fact that they do not use the convolution operation of evaluation of the alternatives specified in different scales on different criteria. Results: developed software of DSS «ELECTRE», allowing to use any of the methods of this family to select the preferred alternatives based on multiple criteria and evaluations of their relative importance. Practical relevance: unlike other developments, the research results allow to analytically justify solutions using a variety of methods of collection in one software environment.
The article deals with one of the types of advertising campaigns, namely, — ICB-broadcast (Interactive Cell Broadcast, or «advertising sleeping screens») to convey to the subscribers of any information. Content services in the telecommunications environment is a rather young field of service, require thorough justification for funding of such projects. Existing approaches for comparative evaluation of efficiency of investment projects in practice is not always applicable due to the uncertainty of the input data, the external environment of the project requirements. In this paper we propose a new approach based on the methods of the theory of decision making. As tools for the analytical justification of the alternatives are used Decision support systems (DSS). In the process of scientific research are identified, collected and structured data for later analysis of advertising campaigns. For optimal storage of information after the broadcast are modified database «portal subscriptions». To identify dependencies between cost, time and theme of promotion of the services and forecasting profit from advertising companies are performed statistical data analysis. Variants of investment projects were designed aimed at increasing the profits from advertising campaigns (ICB-broadcasting): «Development of services with low interest»; «Supporting Organization popular services»; «The development of media services»; «Conducting targeted advertising, targeted at different groups of users.» Using publicly available DSS Expert Choice 11.5 and Expert decision support systems (EDSS), developed under the guidance of the author, was selected the most effective and least risky project «Supporting Organization popular services.» That this project has the minimum cost, minimum risk of failure of the timing of the project management and profit that is closest predicted.

Analytical and numerical investigations of the Lucas’ model of economic growth are presented. The proof of the balanced growth path existence and the study of its uniqueness as well as principles of modeling of ordinary differential equations systems are discussed. The numerical investigation of the Lucas’ model is realized for the set of parameters which are characteristic for developed countries economies. The possibility of the indeterminacy existence is also considered.
The paper considers applied scientific aspects of algorithmic and software design of cyber-physical building system (cyber-physical system, CPS). The building's CPS is a basic element of the Smart City IT architecture and represents a set of life support system control devices, communication and computing facilities integrated into the building, which are necessary and sufficient for the implementation of user services. In a building's cyberphysical system, all equipment and subsystems are integrated into a single ecosystem to improve comfort and safety, as well as to reduce operating costs and save resources. The paper investigates the requirements for the building's CPS software. Presented are groups of design patterns, which, in practice, does not only significantly reduce the time to program and configure the CPS elements of the building, but also increases the interoperability of developed information applications. Consideration is given to the algorithms of CPS software under the conditions of the Internet of Things (IoT) application. Using the proposed templates, software developers will be able to quickly form new services, quickly integrate and maintain them. The patterns presented in the study are most effective in the implementation of services to control indoor and outdoor lighting, power loads and electrical appliances, as well as systems such as heating, air conditioning, ventilation, security alarm, access control, water leakage control, audio and video equipment. CPS software architecture design templates can be in demand for manufacturers of systems and services of management of private or apartment houses, developers of software systems of automation of commercial real estate objects and state organizations, developers and administrators of software of industrial constructions, objects of agroindustrial complex. The research is carried out within the framework of the priority science development direction of the Perm branch of the National Research University Higher School of Economics "Research of control methods in cyber-physical systems".
