The article discusses the use of environmental project activities, as an element of an effective educational process under implementation of the Federal state standard of education. Importance of improving the ecological culture of students is denoted. The examples of implemented project activities are considered (in the framework of Bachelor of Economics), the formed competencies and skills are highlighted.

Th e effects are characterized on two sides. On the one hand, the educational reforms undertaken are described. On the other hand, the changes in the ideology of education under the influence of PISA are considered.
