The article examines the current international and national principles, characteristics and basic obligatory requirements of technical regulations in the field of electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment.
The paper analyzes the effectiveness of balancing the interests of power consumers and suppliers by the market mechanisms appeared after the power sector reform as well as their ability to from the rational investment behavior of the generating companies (GenCos). Special attention is paid to the heterogeneity of financial situation in power generation, where differences in profitability of GenCos create risks for their stable development and start of their assets modernization that was delayed for the last 15–20 years. The lack of competitive mechanisms for the proper investment signals and risks of existing regulatory mechanisms guaranteeing the return on investments are also discussed. The paper presents requirements for the integrated assessment of economic consequences of the market devel opment scenarios taking into account the growth of new competitive area in energy supply based on the distributed generation sources.
The paper examines approaches to reduce the cost of running the airfield ground vehicles engaged in the maintenance of aircraft.
Hot forming behavior of high-strength automotive steel HC420LA is the main objective of this work. Uniaxial and plane strain compression tests were performed at Gleeble 3800 testing machine. A comparison of these types of tests was realized. The material constitutive constants were found as well as the dependences of peak and stady-state stresses on strain rate and temperature. It is shown that the testing technique have an impact on the stress-strain curves obtained by its implementation, this can lead to a mismatch of results of computer simulation of metal forming technologies. In order to evaluate such mismatches a finite element simulation of bar rolling process using the material properties obtained by different testing methods is considered.
The strategic doctrine of creation of the Logistic centre presented in article in the Uhlan Udensky transport junction and making up of the integrated transport and logistic system in Republic Buryatia is directed on maintenance of realization of Strategy of social and economic developing of Republic Buryatiya as is innovative technological, transport and communication and tourist and recreation complex of world level. The urgency of development of the strategic doctrine is determined, first of all, by a high urgency of logistics in modern Russia, as strategic factor of maintenance of competitiveness and steady economic growth of the country, and also
necessity of the decision within the limits of realisation of Transport strategy of Russia of commitments of developing of regions of Siberia and the Far East.
The prospects for the development of the electric power industry of Russia adopted at a regular stage of working out the Energy Strategy and the General Plan of Distribution of the Electric Power Facilities are discussed. The monitoring of the progress in the implementation of the Energy Strategies for the periods until 2020 and 2030 adopted in 2003 and 2009 has, in general, validated the correctness of the estimated volumes of the energy resource production under overestimation of the expected domestic demand owing to an excessively optimistic forecast of the real development of the economy. The priority lines of the national energy policy in electric power and allied industries proposed in the Energy Strategy for the period until 2035 are considered. The tools for implementation of most of the proposals and the effectiveness of their implementation have yet to be defined more concretely. The development of the energy sector and the electric power industry under the conservative and optimistic scenarios of the development of the country’s economy has been predicted using the SCANER model–information software package, viz., the dynamics of the home consumption, export, and production of the primary energy and the electric power has been determined and the commissioning and structure of the required generating capacities and the consumption of the basic types of the energy resources by the electric power industry and the centralized heat supply systems has been optimized. Changes in the economic efficiency of the nuclear and thermal power plants under the expected improvements on their technological and economic characteristics and an increase in the domestic prices of fuel are compared. The competitiveness of the wind and solar power production under Russian conditions has been evaluated considering the necessity of reservation and partial duplication of their capacities when operated in the power supply systems. When optimizing the electric power industry as a subsystem of the country’s energy sector, the required amounts of capital investments in the industry have been assessed. Based on the obtained data and the predicted prices of fuel in the main pricing zones of Russia, the ranges of changes in the prices of the electric power in agreement with the macroeconomic restrictions on their dynamics have been calculated.
Glinogips widespread in southern Russia, the Caucasus, the southern Aral Sea region. Elasticity glinogips solution exceeds the elasticity of lime and cement solutions and flexibility. The binder of glinogipsa can be usef in the constraction of the wall parts for manufacturing and the production of dry plaster mixtures. Studies show that as of strength parameters, and other properties, plastering compositions based on modified glinogipsa fully meet the requirements for the plaster mortal.
The firm lubricant coverings intended for improvement of ecological parameters of the vacuum equipment of electronic manufacture are offered. Results of experimental researches of frictional characteristics of firm lubricant coverings are presented. Is constructive-technological decisions of basic knots of the mechanical systems are developed, allowing to improve ecology of the vacuum technological environment.
