The article is devoted to the justification of the need to lower prices for motor fuel in the domestic market in Russia in comparison with world prices. This allows us to lower the share of expenditure on transport and energy in product costs in Russia to the European level.
The article presents the results of the analysis of key indicators dynamics of the Russian Federation innovative economy development from 2010 to 2014 in comparison with the target indicators reflected in the strategy of innovative development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020. Identified significant discrepancies between target and actual values of the indicators. It is established that the direction of the emerging trends do not correspond to target strategic targets. Constructed phase curves demonstrate the synergetic effect of attraction, which is important to consider when forecasting innovative development of the economy and the development of strategic policy documents.
On the basis of a series of interviews with top managers of companies, carried out in February-April 2009, and study of special literature the authors made an attempt to identify the segments of the Russian medical-pharmaceutical industry, where a full innovation cycle takes place.
