This work is devoted to the analysis of the applicability of storage methods for large sparse matrices for calculating electrical circuits. Conclusions were made about the condition of applicability of explicit Runge-Kutta methods. The result of the study can be integrated into the existing educational environment and be an auxiliary link in the procedure for calculating the pattern of current spreading over the structure of spacecraft.
Computer simulation for the impact of electrostatic discharges (ESD) on the power IRF series MOS transistors have been carried out. The influence of the printed circuit board (PCB) capacitance values on the transistor gate-source voltage is investigated. This influence is significant for transistors with low gate – source capacitance was found.
The relation between the ESD voltage and capacitance, from which occurs breakdown of the gate oxide is found. It is shown that the power MOS transistors with the gate – source low capacitance should be ESD protected using a TVS diodes.

In this paper the method of constructing a macro model the dynamics of stacked bar construction of electronic equipment in the frequency domain based on the finite element method and electromechanical analogy.
Macro model has a dimension equal to the number of variable parameters in the optimization process. This greatly reduces the time optimization with a small number of variable parameters.
The paper presents a review of the main types of cooling systems and the main methods of predicting their reliability characteristics. Creation of the technique allowing to consider features of indicators of reliability of the components of the cooling systems applied in computer equipment is considered. With the help of the technique it is possible to calculate in addition to the electronic component, also the mechanical part of the cooling system, which distinguishes it from the standard methods of reliability assessment. This allows us to give an updated value of reliability. Standard computational models of failure rates are analyzed and supplemented with a number of correction factors that are absent in them. The resulting technique is applicable at various stages of design and creation of systems and computer facilities, as well as in conditions where there is a minimum amount of data on the created equipment.
