The mathematical model and simulation results of the field of concentration radon in the soil near the underground part of the building presented. The model presented in the form of the solution of system of the equations of the two-dimensional diffusive transport of radon in the soil. Established regularities of the distribution of radon concentration in the soil depending on width and building depth. Defined ratio of the average values of radon concentration in the planes contact of the building with ground to the radon potential of the soil.
The paper is devoted to simulation, analysis and optimization of a forging technology for manufacturing of titanium sections of high-pressure apparatuses. Computer simulation of material forming during the forging was performed using finite element method. The punching force evolution was study as well as deformation uniformity of the product walls, fillability of the dies and the likelihood of defects. The possibility of using the superplasticity effect in forming process was considered. To reduce the process time, the superplastic mode was provided at the final stage of forming (the last 20% of the stamp stroke). To this end, the speed of the die was calculated in such a way as to ensure deformation of the workpiece in a predetermined strain rate range and comply with restrictions on the maximum load. Several technological solutions of the part manufacturer were considered varying the specimen form and the configuration of the dies. The technological solution was proposed which at given the constraints on the peak loads and forging time allows one to increase the metal utilization factor significantly.
The structure of a complex of models of interaction of participants is offered at designing and operation of the logistical center (LC), and also variants of modeling of the organizational-administrative decisions defining efficiency of functioning and interaction of counterparts in LC. The algorithm of construction of organizational-administrative model LC is shown. Problems of interorganizational coordination in LC are considered and decisions which allow to eliminate the reasons of occurrence of conflicts are offered. Mechanisms of counterparts LC centralized and decentralized coordination are opened.
