In article construction principles, the basic advantages and properties of multifunctionalmodels of transport systems are described. Efficiency of use of similar models as the universal tool for carrying out of various researches is shown.
Problems connected with greenhouse gases decreasing have been considered. Researches showed that active economical measures to decrease greenhouse gases emission in electro energetic leads to the serious changes in the technological structure and to increasing of investment and value load in economics.
Using the finite difference method developed model of solidification. The model includes the change in the physical properties of materials on the temperature, the existence of phase transitions and complex boundary conditions. Using the model was performed comparison the influence of materials, boundary and initial conditions to the changing temperature fields of castings and molds. The results can be used to produce castings of alloys with a high melting point and to develop new alloys with nano - and micro-crystalline structure.
The authors have developed and implemented programmatically a model for calculating the cooling and solidification the alloys during formation of bimetallic castings. The model covers a wide range of boundary and initial values. The article considers the influence of temperature and time conditions on the heat transfer in sequential pouring of two alloys. The model is public and available on http://e-sim.nn2000.info.
The article considers modification of DIN model, based on the Cobb-Douglas production function for estimation of the economic impact of standardization. Modification of DIN model consists in the accountof expenses for scientific researches. A model capacity is shown for the estimation of impact of standardization in Russian Federation. The present study complements the analysis carried out by DIN (Germany), AFNOR (France), & nbsp; DTI (UK) and others.
The paper considers the problems of the development of monotowns related to the development of mineral resources. The author shows that the solution of the problems of these cities is possible only if the system of state regulation of the development of mineral resources is changed at the stage of high maturity of the resource base. At the same time, the paper focuses on the development of the so-called "resource monotowns". The author analyzes the relationship between the stages of development and extraction of natural resources within the framework of the research. The important factor is the role of so-called "system specificity" of assets that form the basis for the formation and functioning of the mono-industry and the infrastructure of the settlement. Another important factor is the need for decentralization of powers in granting, taxing, and regulating the development of natural resources, their redistribution from the Federation to regional authorities and municipalities (including monotowns). The latter implies the formation of a system of subsoil use, based on complicity, co-management of the natural resource potential. In this case, in the opinion of the author and the proposed recommendations have constitutional grounds, as Art. 72 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation refers to "joint jurisdiction of the Russian Federation and the subjects of the Federation of issues of ownership, use and disposal of land, mineral wealth, water and other natural resources". The proposed recommendations and practical interpretations for Art. 72 include the need to expand the range of subjects of joint jurisdiction with mandatory inclusion in their number of municipalities (including monotowns), as well as citizens. This involves creating a mechanism for interaction between all these actors in the processes of preparing, discussing and implementing decisions in the sphere of the use of natural resources.
This paper studies the structure, composition and morphology of the oxide phases on the surface of the samples St20 steel, passivated in nitrate solutions containing and not containing aluminum ions. It is shown that the passivation of carbon steel with a solution containing aluminum nitrate, surface corrosion and there is no ulcer "healed" the previously formed centers of local corrosion. At the same coatings formed in solutions containing aluminum nitrate, have the highest corrosion resistance as compared with those obtained by other methods of passivation.

The description of scientific and methodical approach and program realization of an assessment of safety is given in objects of sea infrastructure.
