The paper describes the possibility of using the Internet of Things in metallurgy as well as potential of using internet of things in Russia. The research objective is to identify the possibilities of using Internet of Things in the metallurgy process and to give the examples for getting economy and cost reduction in industry. The author provides recommendations of using internet of things technology in metallurgy, taking into considerations existing aspects and current worldwide trends of global transformation, digitalization and cloud technologies.

Further on the basis of laws of distribution of random variables of practices between refusals calculate number of refusals for the planned period and planned the consumer nost in spare parts, according to a standard method. It is offered also at creation of model of a stream of refusals of a rolling stock of motor transport to consider a complex of repair influences which treat: major maintenance unit, major maintenance of the car, write-off of the unit or write-off. The concrete example of modeling of a non-stationary stream of refusals is shown is put pour the car Monte Carlo's method.

This article is devoted to the problem of the impact of migration due to the change in the quality of the ecological situation on the labor supply in the cities. Statistical data on the cities of the Volga Federal District shows that despite the high level of air pollutions from stationary sources, the demographic situation in these cities is characterized by migration growth. This can be explained by the fact that a high level of emissions characterizes economically more developed cities with a high level of industrial production, and, as a result, a relatively higher average wage and labor market capacity. Thus in Russian cities one can observe a situation where city residents attach greater importance to economic incentives that accompany industrial development of cities, while the negative effects that accompany such development and express in environmental pollution have not yet been significant with to make a decision about migration to more environmentally friendly cities.
This paper is a part of continuation publications on the topic of genetic algorithms application to the scheduling of underground rolling stock maintenance. The authors implemented the adaptive crossover selection algorithms within the genetic algorithm framework according to the features of the scheduling problem. Then the authors investigated the possibilities of genetic algorithm by using the different crossover types in solving rolling stock scheduling problem, and the influence of parameters in genetic algorithm on the results obtained. The results of genetic algorithm application are described.

The advantages and disadvantages of manometers with a resilient sensing element. A complete factorial experiment to determine the dependence of the metrological reliability of manometers. To investigate the effect of the level and duration of measured pressure overload full factorial experiment was performed. As the objects of experiment were new faultless manometers of the lower price segment of the most popular producers in Russia - «WIKA» (Germany), "Rosma" (Russia) and "Meter" (Russia). Since all investigated manometers have a similar structure, but different materials and sensor gear, the experimental results may indicate a low quality of measuring system materials, used for the lower price category manometers. This article gives an analysis of the effect of geometric shape of the topology and «hot spots» placement on the effectiveness of networks-on-chip. For this reason, a review of the main approaches to the modeling of networks-on-chip was made and the approach for networks on-chip modeling by using SystemC NoCTweak networks-on-chip simulator. The analysis of the simulation results led to the following conclusions: the use of topologies, which are close to the square form allows to increase the network capacity up to 24,7% and the central location of «hot spots» allows up to 9% reduction in the delay of packets, up to 15.2% – in energy consumption for each packet transmission and up to 19.5% increase of the network capacity.

Author describes quantitative methods of optimization in management of different kinds of resources, which can be used within investment projects buildup on the stage of feasibility studies. Particulary, the issue of optimization of re-adjustment time duration is investigated (on the example of cases, when different goods are produced by one tool, but in each discrete time moment only one item can be produced by this tool). The determined model of optimization of re-adjustment time duration is proposed. Also the article contains discription of re-adjustment process optimization under uncertainty and risk.
