Стратегии выживания и развития компании-интегратора в атомной отрасли в условиях санкционных ограничений: перспективы и вызовы
At the present time, the following question becomes particularly relevant: what direction should companies that have faced sanctions restrictions from unfriendly countries take? This article is devoted to the study of the opportunities that may open up for integrator companies in the nuclear industry in the face of sanctions; and their prospects are considered. Survival and development strategies are analyzed. They include business diversification, strengthening of internal management systems, and search and development of new markets. The article is prepared in the form of a case, i.e. the description of a specific business situation with the background and analysis of the factors of influence and actions of the organization, allowing to identify the problem and propose solutions. Open source information and corporate documents were used in the case.
