Новый формат стратегий минимизации издержек обслуживания заказов при увеличении тарифов штрафов во времени
Procedures of minimizations of costs at service of portfolios of orders for links of chains of deliveries are analyzed. They are discussed with reference to models when it is necessary to consider variable tariffs of penalties. For the first time attributes of such procedures when it is required to consider increase in such tariffs in a format of the scheme of continuous percent are presented.
Abilities for common expected profit increasing at portfolios of orders servicing in of supply chain sector ‘producer – distributor’ are shown in this article. Mentioned effect can be achieved due to optimization servicing queue for existing portfolios of orders. In shown mathematical model possible delays for cash flows are taken under consideration. It’s illustrated in article that period of delay doesn’t impact on optimum order servicing strategy which is defined in accordance with Pμ – rule only.
At present many industries reveal tendency for setting up of vertically integrated companies (VIC) the structure of which unites all technological processes. This tendency proved its efficiency in oil industry where coordination of all successive stages of technological process, namely, oil prospecting and production -oil transportation - oil processing - oil chemistry - oil products and oil chemicals marketing, is necessary. The article considers specific features of introduction of "personnel management" module at enterprises of oil and gas industry.
