Метoдика оценки продолжительности технологического прогона телекоммуникационного оборудования
It is shown in the article that not all mathematical models used to solve the problems of estimating the time of telecommunication equipment technological run take into account design and technological features. The existing statistics of failures of telecommunication equipment is given, proving the need to take into account design and technological features. It is shown that the simultaneous influence of such factors as ambient temperature, on/off cycling, relative humidity, supply voltage or current leads to an acceleration of the technological run by thousands of times. A methodology has been developed which leads to significantly reducing of the technological run duration and confirm the life time of the electronic module of the telecommunication equipment first level. The advantage of the methodology is the use of a multi-factor forced mode to assess the required acceleration coefficient, as well as taking into account factors that significantly affect the state of telecommunications equipment. The advantage of the methodology lies in the differential prediction of the telecommunication equipment reliability indicators and in the possibility of reducing the number of failures during its normal operation, which is proved by the results of an experimental study.
